The Port Glasgow campus will house a two 460 pupil secondary schools with a 148 pupil ASN school with a total estimated gross floor area of 19, 400m².
The contract includes all external works, demolition of the existing school building and off site roads works. Work is scheduled to take 22 months.
Client’s initial estimate was £40m.
