"With a successful end to the Libyan uprising and the appointment of a new government by the National Transitional Council, we are prepared to resume our operations in Libya," said president of Hill's international project management group Raouf Ghali. Hill has been operating in Libya since 2007.
"We are ready to support the newly-freed Libya in its return to normalcy in a democratic environment and expect that will lead to a significant amount of development and construction activity in the country in the very near future," he added.
