ISG role in £25m Waltham Forest leisure upgrade

11 Sep 12 Contractor ISG and Trebor Developments have been selected by leisure operator GLL to a £25 million framework to redevelop the leisure facilities for the London Borough of Waltham Forest.

As part of the four-year framework agreement, ISG/Trebor will work in partnership with GLL to improve Waltham Forest's leisure amenities. In an innovative approach to the procurement and delivery of public leisure services by local authorities, ISG/Trebor offer a combination of operation, construction, development and funding expertise.

ISG director Joe Webb said: “Public sector leisure provision is an extremely topical issue at present and the challenge for a large number of local authorities across the UK is how to deliver high quality community facilities with diminishing budgets.
