The creation of this new role highlights the contractor’s ambitions to take a greater share of this important regional market and prove invaluable in helping the business forge strong links with both private and public sector organisations.
A construction sector professional with more than 20 years’ business development and marketing experience, Don will lead the regional business development team for ISG, covering an area stretching from North Nottinghamshire to the Scottish borders and encompassing Yorkshire, North Lincolnshire, Humberside and the North East.
Based out of ISG’s Bradford and Newcastle offices, Don’s remit will include developing the contractor’s core sectors within the region, including education, leisure, commercial and retail. He will also be responsible for building on the company’s successful appointment to a range of high profile partnering and framework agreements. Don has been tasked with expanding ISG’s reach geographically, notably into Teesside and Tyneside and will have the responsibility for leading a number of national initiatives to support the regional businesses.
