The contract is worth an estimated £8 million and is the culmination of an extensive tender process. Jewson will continue to supply Spectrum Property Care with an extensive range of services, which include dedicated branches and a field replenishment service.
Formerly Signpost Services ltd, Spectrum Property Care maintain, repair and improve over 35,000 homes responding to the needs of 100,000 social housing residents across the South of England each year. With a 10 year track record for continuous improvement the company prides itself on working with local authorities, social landlords, NHS Trusts, schools and higher education establishments to provide a flexible, modern repairs service.
During the rigorous retender process Spectrum Property Care examined all aspects of its partnership with Jewson to ensure flexibility, expertise and professionalism were being and would continue to be achieved. After demonstrating successful results - Jewson has been awarded with the three-year contract with extensions.
