Leeds University seeks contractor to build £14m library

The £14m project is to be built on the Emmanuel Church car park and includes the demolition of the existing security offices on the site.

Planning approval for the 6,565m² scheme will be submitted next month with a tender issue date of November 2012.

The university is aiming to start construction on site in March 2013 , to complete by June 2014.
