She joins from Kier Partnership Homes where she was development manager and bid manager.
In her new role, based at the Lovell office for Nottingham, at Interchange 25, Bostocks Lane, Sandiacre, Janet will drive the company’s continuing expansion across the East Midlands and South Yorkshire region. Building on the business’s strong presence in the region, she will identify further opportunities for new-build contracting, mixed tenure regeneration and housing refurbishment schemes in partnership with local authorities and housing associations.
Janet has extensive experience in delivering housing development and regeneration schemes within the public and private sector. Previous roles include working as senior business development manager for Gleeson Regeneration and as project co-ordinator for housing regeneration for Nottingham City Council.
