The team started work on the second phase of villa works in late December 2011. Mace has been working as project manager on the gated golf community since 2005.
The development covers 25 million square feet of Dubai Sports City. It consists of 961 villas and townhouses set in and around the 18 hole championship-standard golf course.
Project leader Leo Solomon said: "The achievement of this key milestone is thanks to significant efforts from all members of the project team including the client, consultants and contractors. The remaining 172 villas will be completed and handed over to the client progressively throughout 2012 and early 2013."
