The new shopping mall will open next year in the city of Ica, about 350km south of Lima, Peru. The project covers a built area of 31,000m2 and incorporates 50 shops, cinemas and 600 parking spaces.
“I’m sure that for Mace, this project will be the first of several successful projects in Peru and in the wider Latin American market as a whole,” said country manager for Peru Jesús Pariente.
