Both Richard and Michael will be responsible for promoting the business throughout the region by pursuing new opportunities and reinforcing long-term relationships.
Richard will cover the Greater Manchester and Lancashire area, with Michael working in the Merseyside and Cheshire area. Both will be supported by Mansell’s Land and Development Co-ordinator, Gareth Stansfield, who will continue to identify and deliver appropriate land opportunities across the region in line with customer requirements.
Richard has been with the business for over four years and has been instrumental in developing Mansell’s retrofit and green deal offering. Michael has over 15 years experience in the affordable housing sector having held senior positions with private sector consultants, national house builders and registered providers.
