The five-storey building will provide some 100 en-suite bedrooms arranged in shared flats of various sizes, from 5 beds up to 10 and 12 beds. Each flat has its own common room and kitchen.
The Regis Park development will be the second student accommodation facility for Fawleybridge, who already operate a building at Kings Road in Reading. Regis Park will be the closest purpose built, privately operated, student accommodation facility to the Reading University campus.
Construction starts this month and is scheduled for completion in summer 2013.
