Work involves construction of a further 21 apartments built on the existing retirement complex and follows completion of the last three phases by Mansell, valued at approximately £20 million. The most recent, Phase 4a, provided 45 traditionally designed apartments for the elderly.
Work is scheduled to start on site this month and complete in July 2012.
