Mansell secures affordable housing contracts worth£4.1 million in the South of England

15 Nov 11 Mansell has secured two affordable housing contracts in the South of England together worth £4.1 million.

44 homes will be built in Highbridge, Somerset for Raglan Housing. The £3.6 million affordable housing scheme will be built in two and three-storeys in one continuous block. 

Cross Oak in Windsor will see the £1.5 million construction of 15 units across two blocks, providing supported housing for people with learning difficulties and the over 55s for Radian Group.

Both contracts will be built to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 and are repeat business with the respective customers.

Work is due to start on site this month. Both contracts will complete in the winter of 2012.
