The contract involves traditional construction of a new 48-bed care home, Rockdale House, and two further buildings – Summerbank, comprising nine two-bed and one one-bed apartments, and Laurie House, which will see 11 new apartments constructed and eight refurbished.
Work is due to start on site this month and complete in January 2014.
