Mark Bruchez becomes new technical director at Kemper System

28 Oct 11 Waterproofing specialist, Kemper System, has promoted Mark Bruchez to the post of technical director with responsibilities for product development, technical support, health & safety and IT systems development.

He began his career at Ferranti Microelectronics with projects involving the development of micro-coatings and followed this with nine years at a Cheshire-based waterproofing and structural protection company, gaining extensive experience on civil engineering and construction projects in the UK, Middle East and Far East. Mark joined Kemper as Technical Co-ordinator in 2003 and was promoted to Technical Manager in 2005.

Mark’s expertise in liquid waterproofing systems now makes him well-placed to provide a high level of technical support to Kemper’s customer base while also driving product development.  Mark was responsible for the development of the company’s ‘Stratex’ warm roof system. His remit includes identifying and developing innovative products that answer the demands of the UK market.

He has a high expertise in software design and systems analysis and has been responsible for enhancing the company’s use of IT, making him the ideal choice to review and implement future change to meet new business challenges.
