The contract is worth £7m a year and runs for 10 years.
Mitie will work with Golding Homes and its wholly owned subsidiary Golding Services to deliver gas maintenance, responsive repairs, void reinstatements and planned works.
Mitie said that the total value of the contract over the term could rise from £70m up to £120m if Golding Homes puts any additional work its way.
