Morgan 'planning to take Redrow private'

Mr Morgan, who owns nearly 30% of the company that he founded in 1974, is said to have backing for the plan from second-largest shareholder Toscafund Asset Management, which holds 11%.

The Mail on Sunday yesterday reported that Mr Morgan is preparing to make his move as soon as the market lifts.
