Under the MoU, two institutions agreed to cooperate in the development of the internship programme. The interns are to be selected twice a year following a strict process of evaluation and screening. Mott MacDonald will recruit selected students for an initial period of three months, which can be renewed, with scope to hire them as contracted staff. The interns will be provided with training and remuneration.
