The project takes the form of a turnkey contract and is scheduled for completion in March 2015.
The location is in central Bekkestua and has direct access to public transport. The floor space will be divided between 10,000m2 of residential space in the shape of 77 apartments in Bekkestua South and 23,500 m2 of commercial operations and parking in Bekkestua Center.
“NCC has extensive experience of the construction and development of housing and commercial properties, both east and west of the Oslofjord. This assignment, combined with our purchase of OKK Entreprenör earlier this year, will strengthen our position on the western side of the country,” says NCC Construction’s regional director, Tommy Helgerud.
