Sophie Cox had been group training manager of the National Demolition Training Group and was only recently promoted to be regional secretary for all five NFDC regional branches.
At B&ES she is regional manager for the Southwest London and Wessex region.
“Sophie’s sound background in member development, acquisition and retention makes her a valuable addition to the team, and I look forward to the positive relationships she will undoubtedly build with B&ES members and stakeholders alike,” said Tim Acland, B&ES head of regional management.
