The new premises will support the company’s growing construction operations in north London, Essex, Hertfordshire and Suffolk.
The office will be headed by Andrew Richman, Pentaco Construction regional business development manager. He said: “Chelmsford is an ideal location for the business. Not only is it in the centre of Essex but it’s within easy striking distance of London, the M25 corridor and the Thames Gateway – three major development areas where we expect to see significant construction demand over the next few years, particularly for building projects in our value range which is up to £3m.”
Pentaco Construction, which has its head offices in Norwich, undertakes building projects from £20,000 up to £3m in value.
The Chelmsford office is at Waterhouse Business Centre in Cromar Way.
