Phase two of the Arbed strategic energy performance investment programme will be delivered alongside local authorities with support from Community Housing Cymru and Welsh housing associations. The four-year programme will help improve the energy performance of at least 4,000 homes in some of Wales’ most deprived communities.
The contract notice is divided into two lots – south Wales and north/mid Wales. Scheme manager(s) will design, cost, supervise and coordinate the delivery of individual schemes, procure material and procure a list of approved suppliers to act as installers by running mini-tender exercises.
