Portsmouth City Council is procuring the Specialist Minor Works - Portsmouth & Surrounding Area Framework Agreement on behalf of itself and the councils of Gosport, Fareham and East Hampshire, as well as Portsmouth University and the local NHS Trust.
The contract is divided into 10 lots, ranging from railings & fencing to doors & windows.
