The overall project comprises the construction of a shared school building and a separate family support centre. The accommodation will house two separate schools, one for denominational and one for non-denominational pupils, with an overall area of 4,950m2 built over two storeys.
BBES will be responsible for all mechanical, electrical and plumbing services including under-floor heating, ventilation, water services and drainage, power, lighting and alarms. BBES’ customer for this project is Mansell and the ultimate customer is Dundee City Council.
