The contract signing took place in Moscow in the presence of the president of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Medvedev, and a Danish royal delegation headed by Queen Margrethe II.
The contract is a framework agreement between Ramboll and the Skolkovo Foundation. Construction began in December of Skolkovo, a new scientific and technology complex for the development and commercialising of new technologies. Ramboll has been working with Skolkovo for the past five months.
Ramboll CEO Flemming Bligaard Pedersen said: ”We are very happy with the contract because it’s an expression of confidence and satisfaction on the part of the Skolkovo Foundation. We look forward to our role as consultant on this ambitious and exciting project.”
Ramboll’s initial involvement will run over a five-year period.
