The college is looking to procure a main contractor to build 23,000 square metres of new building(s) and then demolish the existing buildings and landscape its footprint.
Start of work is planned for April 2012, with completion by the end of 2015. The existing college must remain open until the new facility is ready.
Procurement is being managed by the Horsforth office of Turner & Townsend Project Management.
