Seddon has been chosen to work across all three geographical sub-regions, West, East and South, of the framework. The appointment will see Seddon carry out housing improvements for local authorities and their arm’s length management organisations, housing associations and other social landlords, third sector organisations, as well as the wider civic estate in Yorkshire and the Humber, delivering housing adaptations, the installation of new bathrooms, exterior painting and other refurbishment work.
The five Efficiency North member organisations leading the procurement process were East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Wakefield and District Housing, Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, St Leger Homes and Sheffield City Council.
