Schemes under the framework ar up to £1m in value and the whole framework is anticipated to be worth a total of £40m, maximum.
The seven contractors selected are:

- O'Keefe Construction (Greenwich)
- O'Halloran and O'Brien
- Henry Construction Projects
- Mitchellson Formwork & Civil Engineering
