The contract is for Merck, known outside of the United States and Canada as MSD.
The US$80m (£50.5m) project includes the extensive renovation of more than 23,000m2 of chemistry and biology laboratories. Work on the scheme begins in November and is scheduled to be completed in spring 2013.
