Construction will start in October 2011 and carried out by Skanska USA Building. The building is scheduled for completion in November 2012.
Skanska USA Commercial Development acquired the 5,600m2 parcel in November 2010. The three-storey building, designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects, will be developed to meet LEED Gold standards. The project will include approximately 11,150m2 of laboratory space. Skanska will self-finance 100%.
