Skanska held a 50% equity share in the project company responsible for the financing, design, construction and operation of the hospital under a public private partnership scheme, which reached financial close in November 2007.
Innisfree holds the remaining 50% share in the project company.
Skanska continues to be responsible for the hard facilities services at the hospital under a separate contract. Operations started in May 2011.
