Instead the division will be called Deloitte Real Estate from 21 January 2013.
Deloitte Real Estate will be led by senior partner Andy Rothery, working with managing director Richard Owen, currently managing partner of Drivers Jonas Deloitte.
Accountancy giant Deloitte took over Drivers Jonas in 2010.
“Tremendous progress has been made in the last three years to deliver our clients a truly differentiated service by bringing together the range of skills and knowledge from across Deloitte and applying them to real estate,” said Mr Owen. “Today’s announcement is another significant step in that direction.”
