Jon Atkinson, who lives in Kenilworth, joins as project manager. He previously held the same role with Simons in Lincoln and has also worked with Wilson Bowden Developments as construction manager.
John Cooper, who lives in Warwick, has been appointed as strategic project manager for Stepnell. He joins the business from Interserve PLC where he was project manager and has also worked as a project manager for BAM Construction.
Matthew Sargent, who lives in Leamington Spa, also joins the company as design manager with responsibility for managing and coordinating building design. Matthew, who was previously with Wilmott Dixon Housing, has specialist design expertise in retirement villages, housing estate regeneration and extra care and care homes.
