In his new role, Terry – who was previously project manager for Berkeley Homes – is responsible for managing the development and construction of residential care homes across the UK.
“Terry’s expertise makes him a strong addition to our management team,” says Stepnell managing director Mark Wakeford. “He has extensive experience in the construction of care homes and multi-storey residential developments, as well as offices and large distribution centres.”
During his career, Terry has also worked as projects director for Parkridge Developments Ltd and as projects manager for Prologis Developments. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building.
Terry began his career as a site engineer and has an honours degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
