After more than 30 years of continuous service for the company, he will be off work from November 2012 until 28 January 2013.
During his sabbatical, the group will continue to operate as three integrated reporting regions, led at board level by Derek Pitcher (Europe and MEAI) and Kim Berry (Asia Pacific), respectively. The executive responsibilities that would otherwise be handled by Mr Webster will lie with Derek Pitcher.
