The three contractors have been named by Welsh Health Estates Design for Life: Building for Wales 2 framework, which has an estimated total value of between £93m and £301.5m.
The framework is divided into three regional lots of equal estimated value. BAM, Interserve and Kier were each selected for all three regions.
