As previously reported, this framework will run for four years with a two-year extension option. It covers NHS building projects in Wales with construction values of more than £10m. It is procured and managed by NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership – Facilities Services (formerly Welsh Health Estates).
The estimated value of the framework is £343m.
