Client MKB has appointed Peab to build 75 new rental apartments in five buildings in the district Segevång in Malmo. The contract amounts to SEK 102m (£9.8m).
The second new contract is for Uppsala Water and involves the SEK 67m (£6.4m) construction of water mains between Uppsala and Gunsta. It includes construction and commissioning of pumping stations and back-up power. Work will start in September and is scheduled for completion in March 2013.
