British Council (BC) seeks to appoint suppliers to an evaluation/research strategy advisers framework, which will enable BC to access advice and expertise in a cost efficient and effective manner across its evaluative/research work. The expertise is required to provide technical and strategic advice through a range of short-term assignments over the next 3 years.
