The tender process will be a restricted tender process, the first stage being the completion of the selection questionnaire, this can be downloaded by suppliers when they have registered and expressed an interest in the tender. The selection questionnaire return date is 16.10.2019 at 12.00 noon. Following evaluation of these it is anticipated 5 suppliers will be invited to tender for the contract.

Berneslai Homes shall elect to either ‘break’ the contract or refresh priorities and requirements for the following 3 years.
