The AP300D has a hydrostatic propel system and hydraulically-adjustable paving of 1.7m to 3.2m. With bolt-on extensions maximum width is 4.0m, while a reduction attachment narrows the paving width to 650mm.
Both the CB24B and CB34B compactors provide more engine power than older models and meet EU Stage IV emission standards. Features include an Eco-mode to provide power only as needed, minimising fuel usage and a propel system to maximise performance on grades.
These machines are among more than 70 Caterpillar products to be shown at Bauma across three different exhibit areas totalling more than 12,000 square metres of space.

Bauma 2013 takes place in Munich, Germany from 15-21 April. (fingers crossed for no ash!) For further details on what to see and how to get there or finding a hotel room (good luck with that!…) check out www.bauma.de
However, if you can’t make the show, each day we will be posting tons of pictures for your enjoyment.
