JOB DESCRIPTION:
Caretaker required in Stalybridge for an immediate start. Our client is looking for a caretaker to join the team on a static site. This caretaker role will initially be on a contract basis. MUST have an enhanced DBS.
Initially covering long term sickness.
HOURS
32.5 HOURS A WEEK
Monday to Friday
7.30am-10.00am AND 1.30pm-5.30pm
Daily responsibilities will include:
*Maintenance and cleaning duties on site
*Key holder - opening and locking building
*Liaising with contractors on site
Requirements for the role
*Must have an enhanced DBS
*Maintenance experience
