Job Title: Electrical Works Manager
Location: North East Base - National Projects
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Sector: Offsite Construction - Modular Building

Are you an experienced Mechanical and Electrical works manager? This relatively young Modular Manufacturer and Contractor have made impressive strides in asserting themselves as the go-to contractor for design led and environmentally conscious modular construction projects.
They need you to take the helm on managing electrical works packages on site whilst also working closely with the Estimating and Procurement teams to ensure that costs and sourcing are backed with your expert opinion.
The Role:
- Site based 3-4 days per week
- Head office / factory based 1-2 days per week
- Ensure adherence to Health & Safety regulations
- Monitor project costs
- Reporting of job progress
- Works managing
- Carry out sign off for NICEIC certification through to notification as part of the company registration
- Working with estimating and procurement in reading through tenders for feasibility
- Monitoring live project budgets
Candidate Profile:
- Experience of working on M&E projects up to £3m
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- HND/HNC Electrical OR Equivalent Qualification
- A team player who is able to work independently
- Able to deal with all backgrounds and levels
- IT literate
- Full UK driving license
- Commitment and drive
Package:
- Salary of £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
- Company Car and Fuel Card
