Job Description
Join a leading international engineering and sustainability consultancy on a contract basis to work on their existing project portfolio.
The company are looking to hire a number of contractors - the positions are dedicated to advising clients to reduce their carbon and energy use within buildings. Modelling buildings using IES VE, delivering technical and economic performance advice for low carbon solutions and sustainability technologies are some of the example projects you could be working on.
The contract is offered outside IR35 and with a generous day rate. The company offers flexible arrangements, and a 6-month minimum contract.
You'll ideally have proven experience delivering in one/ each of the following studies:
- Part L compliance modelling
- EPCs - Domestic & Non-domestic
- BREEAM, LEED and WELL assessments
- Life cycle carbon assessments
- Energy & Sustainability statements for planning
- Low and Zero Carbon feasibility studies
