Job Description
Dove & Hawk are partnered with a leading property agency with a reputation for delivering exceptional service in the lettings market. They are now looking for a Lettings Negotiator for their bustling Stoke Newington office!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inquiries and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating tenancy agreements and closing deals
- Managing administrative tasks
- Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
- Meeting and exceeding targets
Requirements:
- 6+ months of industry experience
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A charismatic and confident personality
- Ability to handle a high volume of administrative tasks efficiently
What They Offer:
- £20,000 basic salary (4-month guarantee at £30,000)
- Realistic OTE for your first year: £35,000-£45,000 (uncapped commission)
- Tiered commission structure; earn 10% - 15% on very deal

- Monday-Friday 08:50-18:30, 1 in 2 Saturdays 10:00-16:00
