Job Description
Job Title- Quantity Surveyor
Location- Carlisle
Salary- £38,000-£42,000
Are you a qualified quantity surveyor with experience running multiple contracts?
Our client is one of the UK's leading property services contractors.
They are looking for a qualified quantity surveyor to join the team in Carlisle where you will oversee multiple social housing and commercial contracts.
As quantity surveyor, you will;
- Measure, price and evaluate tenders
- Take ownership of multiple projects/contracts from start to finish
- Reporting and forecasting CVR
- Develop and maintain existing client relationships, whilst pursuing opportunities for new partnerships
As quantity surveyor, it is required that you;
- Are professionally qualified to degree level or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years running construction contracts independently
- Commercially aware in developing new and existing clients
As quantity surveyor, you will receive;
- Competitive market salary dependent on experience level
- 23 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
- Car allowance up to £8,000
- Bonus scheme of up to 15% annual salary
- Company pension
