ROLE
As a Project Coordinator, you will work under the guidance of experienced Project Managers and contribute to a variety of exciting projects,
You will gain exposure to all stages of project management and be supported through a structured training and mentorship programme designed to help you develop technical knowledge and achieve chartered status.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities of the Project Coordinator include:
Providing administrative and technical support across a range of projects
Attending client and project meetings independently where required
Preparing project documentation including programmes, risk registers, and reports
Assisting with contract administration
Collaborating with clients and consultants and managing tasks to meet key deadlines
Ensuring quality of work and adherence to project timelines under supervision
PERSON
The ideal Project Coordinator will bring:
Previous experience in a project coordinator role
Excellent communication, organisation, and multi-tasking abilities
High level of computer literacy and proficiency in MS Project, Asta Power Project, Word, and Excel
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to project delivery
Strong relationship-building skills with clients and colleagues
A warm, open manner and ability to work under pressure
Desirable:
A relevant degree qualification
Enrolment in a relevant chartership programme
Knowledge of consultancy services in the built environment
Full UK Driving Licence
