Sales Negotiator

Job Description

Dove & Hawk are partnered with a leading estate agency, who are now looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their office in Stoke Newington. This is a fantastic opportunity for a charismatic, confident, and organised individual who wants to work in a flourishing and lucrative area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling inquiries and conducting property viewings
• Presenting and negotiating qualified offers to ensure the best outcome for all parties involved.
• Liaising between vendors, buyers, and solicitors, to ensure a smooth process
• Generating valuation opportunities within the patch.
• Produce the relevant paperwork required.
• Managing administrative tasks
• Meeting and exceeding targets

Requirements:

• 6 months+ experience is residential sales, preferably in the area.
• A full UK Driving Licence
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle a high volume of administrative tasks efficiently

What' On Offer:

• Basic Salary: £20,000 + 4-month guarantee of £30,000
• Realistic OTE for your first year: £45,000 - £50,000 (uncapped)
• Tiered commission structure; earn 10% - 15% on very deal
• Large potential bonuses linked to performance
• Access to pool cars
• A fast-paced and supportive work environment in with a close-knit team
• Working hours: Monday-Friday 08:50-18:30, 1 in 2 Saturdays 10:00-16:00
