£45,000 - £60,000 + Company car/allowance + Stability + Autonomy + Great package

This is a great opportunity for a Civil Site Manager to work on a heavy civil/river engineering project in Worcestershire. This role will suit someone with a background/understanding of water and environmental engineering.

This family-run company is steadily growing, and looking for a Site Manager to join their small, skilful team. Long term, you'll benefit from a steady flow of work, with great autonomy on any projects you manage.

Your role as a Site Manager will include:

* Day-to-day site management
* Liaising with clients and contractors
* Focus on Environmental Engineering

The successful Site Manager will need:

* Background in Civil Engineering
* Knowledge of River Engineering
* Degree/Time served
* SMSTS, CSCS, first aid
* Commutable to Kidderminster
