Site Supervisor - Social Housing

Location: Salford, covering Eccles and Swinton
Rate: £25 to £28 per hour
Contract: Initial 8 weeks
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
Start: ASAP

We are currently looking for an experienced Supervisor to support an increased programme of works across social housing properties in Eccles and Swinton.

The role will involve supervising kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, coordinating works across occupied properties and completing surveys in advance of upcoming projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works
• Ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to the required standard
• Completing surveys ahead of planned works
• Coordinating operatives and subcontractors
• Liaising professionally with residents and internal teams
• Maintaining accurate records using company systems
• Ensuring health and safety requirements are followed

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience within social housing
• Experience delivering kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes
• Confident using technology and digital reporting systems
• SSSTS, SMSTS or IOSH qualification
• NVQ, City & Guilds or relevant trade qualification
• Valid CSCS card
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points

A company van will be provided.

This is an initial 8-week contract, with an immediate start available, paying £25 to £28 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
